Neighbors told News10NBC Investigative Reporter Jennifer Lewke it’s not uncommon to hear helicopters around the area, but on Wednesday night they heard a very low flying one, which grabbed their attention, and then they heard the crash.
According to GPD, Lilly Rhinevault, and Ryan Chambers, both 17, have been found.
